Montserrat "Montse" Ferrer

Montse is the calm strategist of the coaching staff — a Bilbao-born former Overwatch 2 support main who spent 11 years competing and leading before moving to the bench. She's famous for her ability to turn chaotic rosters into structured, disciplined teams: her Overwatch 2 squads are known for their clean ult economy and their ability to adapt mid-match, while her Guild Wars 2 WvW groups execute multi-squad maneuvers that look effortless.

Montse is quiet, precise, and has an almost maternal authority — players say she never raises her voice, but when she speaks, everyone listens. Off-stage she's a marine biology graduate, a keen hiker, and a mentor to young female coaches in northern Spain. Her goal is to build a coaching academy in the Basque Country.
