Meet our coaches

Diego is the definition of a Madrid-born prodigy who grew up with a controller in his hands before he could properly ride a bike. He started competing in local Overwatch tournaments at just 13, and by 16 he was already scrimming with semi-pro rosters.

Kenji is a genuine MMO veteran — 12 years deep into the genre and still one of the most feared raid leaders in the scene. He cut his teeth on World of Warcraft as a teenager, leading pick-up raids before he'd even finished school, and later became a top-tier Final Fantasy XIV player known for his near-perfect execution of high-end savage and ultimate content. His third home, The Elder Scrolls Online, shows his range: he can shift from tab-target raiding to action-combat PvP without missing a beat.

Mateo is a Bogotá-born, Barcelona-based competitor who represents the modern "shooter specialist" archetype. He started playing Call of Duty at 16 and within two years was competing in regional LANs, where his aggressive, high-tempo playstyle earned him the nickname "El Relámpago" (The Lightning). He later expanded into Destiny 2, where he became known for flawless raid carries and near-surgical PvE execution, and then into The First Descendant, where his build-crafting and boss-mechanic knowledge made him one of the most requested teammates in the community.

Álvaro is the strategist of the roster — a 13-year veteran of sandbox and economy-driven MMOs who plays games the way a chess grandmaster plays chess. He started in EVE Online at 16, and over more than a decade he built a reputation as one of the sharpest fleet commanders in Spanish-speaking space, known for turning outnumbered fights into victories through logistics and psychological pressure. He later brought that same economic and strategic mind to Albion Online, where he ran a successful guild economy, and to New World, where he became a top-tier PvP organizer.

Lucía is the heartbeat of the roster — a Buenos Aires-born, Madrid-raised competitor who has spent nine years mastering the art of the open-world MMO. She started in Guild Wars 2 as a teenager, quickly becoming known for her World vs. World leadership and her ability to coordinate dozens of players in chaotic large-scale fights. She then moved into Black Desert Online, where her grind discipline and combat mastery made her one of the most respected duelists in the Spanish-speaking community, and later into Tower of Fantasy, where she became a top-tier content creator and guide-maker.

Mei-Lin is the youngest player on the roster and already one of the most decorated — an eight-year veteran of the action-RPG and dark-fantasy MMO space who has covered four major titles by the age of 23. Born in Shanghai and raised in Seville, she grew up between two cultures and two gaming scenes, which gave her an unusually broad perspective on how different regions approach the same game.

Montse is the calm strategist of the coaching staff — a Bilbao-born former Overwatch 2 support main who spent 11 years competing and leading before moving to the bench. She's famous for her ability to turn chaotic rosters into structured, disciplined teams: her Overwatch 2 squads are known for their clean ult economy and their ability to adapt mid-match, while her Guild Wars 2 WvW groups execute multi-squad maneuvers that look effortless.

Ji-woo is the numbers guy — a Seoul-born, Madrid-based coach with 13 years of experience in action-RPG optimization and endgame progression. He built his reputation in Lost Ark as one of the sharpest raid analysts in the Korean scene before moving to Europe, where he became the go-to coach for teams trying to break into top-tier Diablo 4 seasonal content.

Thiago is the motivator — a Brazilian-Portuguese coach who has spent 10 years turning talented but fragile rosters into resilient, confident teams. He cut his teeth as a Battlefield 6 squad leader before moving into coaching, and his New World territory war teams are famous for their morale and their willingness to fight uphill.

Inés is the tactical enforcer of the coaching staff — a Seville-born former Call of Duty pro who spent 12 years competing at the top of the Spanish scene before transitioning to coaching. She's known for her uncompromising standards and her ability to rebuild a team's fundamentals from scratch: her CoD squads are famous for their disciplined rotations and their clutch round wins, while her First Descendant teams dominate boss mechanics through pure preparation.
