You submit recorded gameplay for analysis, or play solo while your coach watches and advises by voice. You keep full control of your account at all times: we never ask for your login details, we never sign in for you, and your coach never queues alongside you in a ranked playlist. What you take away is understanding you can reuse: which habits are costing you, why they cost you, and what to practise next.
